Repair or Replace Guarantee Conditions
NEET Computers LLC offers a limited warranty against hardware failures, such as a failing GPU fan, degrading CPU, or unstable BIOS settings. Hardware failures may be first addressed by a repair attempt, and then a replacement if a repair is ineffective or unfeasible. If a repair or replacement is not possible, then a refund will be considered, but it may not cover shipping or transportation costs. These accommodations are voided if the failure was caused by user error, software / game anti-cheat interference, or a repair attempt by an unauthorized third party. Systems, services, and components sold for under $500 are entitled to three months of this Repair or Replace gurantee unless otherwise specified. Computers and parts over $1000 receive twelve months of this guarantee. Items sold for $2995 and above are entitled to eighteen months of this limited warranty.

Parts Used for Builds and Repairs
I understand that new, used, reconditioned, and/or remanufactured parts may be used in PC builds, upgrades, and repairs. NEET Computers LLC may reuse, resell, and/or donate usable equipment removed in a repair or upgrade service.

Limit of Liability
In no event shall NEET Computers LLC be liable for any consequential or incidental damages due to lost data, programs, or downtime. NEET Computers LLC assumes no responsibility from any software program, data loss, or restoration.

Unclaimed Equipment
The customer grants NEET Computers LLC a security interest in and to the equipment to secure the payment of the charges incurred hereunder. Any items which have not been claimed within 15 days of NEET Computers declining repair, or any items which have not been paid within 15 days of repair or NEET Computers LLC’s first notification that the work is complete, shall be considered abandoned by the customer. NEET Computers LLC is authorized to reuse, resell, or dispose of this abandoned equipment, including all data and programs.

Data Loss
The requested service may cause partial or complete data loss from my equipment. The customer assumes all responsibility for backing up and restoring any and all software and files. NEET Computers LLC assumes no responsibility from any data loss. NEET Computers LLC disclaims any warranty of any kind to the integrity or completeness of any data backup files. NEET Computers LLC assumes no responsibility for any software programs, data loss or restoration. In no event shall NEET Computers LLC be held liable for any consequential or incidental damages due to lost data, lost programs, or defects in parts or labor.

Complete Agreement
The foregoing Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the parties. No amendment to or modification of this agreement will be binding unless it is in writing and signed by Jade Isler or Aria Isler, owners of NEET Computers LLC.
